Shipping & Delivery
Q: What is the estimated shipping time for an artwork?
A: Most of our paintings are Hand-painted and Made to Order, and production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the piece and drying time (especially for oil paintings). On average, it takes 2–4 weeks to complete and cure your order. For ready-to-ship gallery pieces, dispatch happens within 2–3 business days.
Note: After dispatch, domestic courier delivery generally takes 3–5 business days.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we ship our artworks worldwide.
Q: What are the shipping charges?
A: We provide nominal shipping charges in India. For international orders, shipping charges typically range from ₹3,000 to ₹10,000, depending on the destination and the size/weight of the painting.
Q: Will I be responsible for customs duties?
A: Yes. Any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are government-regulated and are not managed by Neeru Art Gallery.
Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: No, due to the high-value and delicate nature of original artwork, we do not offer COD for orders.
Q: Do you offer express delivery?
A: Express delivery may be possible only for selected "Ready-to-Ship" products, depending on your location. To check options for urgent delivery, please contact us directly.
Customization & Commissioned Art
Q: Do you offer customization?
A: Yes, we specialize in Commissioned Art. We offer customization in terms of size adjustments, color palettes, and specific themes to match your interior decor. For custom requests, please reach out to us with your requirements.
Q: How are the paintings shipped (Framed or Rolled)?
A: To ensure safety during transit, most international and long-distance domestic orders are shipped Rolled in a heavy-duty tube with a 4-inch margin for local framing. However, we can provide framing services upon request for an additional cost.
Returns & Exchanges shipped
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: As each artwork is handcrafted and often customized to your specifications, we follow a NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE policy. We ensure quality by sharing high-resolution photos/videos of the finished piece before dispatch. In the rare case of damage during transit, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately for assistance.
